ვებ-გვერდის წვდომაზე შეფერხებით დამდგარ ზიანზე კომპანია იხსნის პასუხისმგებლობას.

მომხმარებლის რეგისტრაციის წესები

ვებ-გვერდის მეშვეობით მომსახურების გაწევის მოთხოვნისათვის სავალდებულოა:

• სუბიექტის ვებ-გვერდზე რეგისტრაცია;
• რეგისტრაციის დროს მომსახურების გაწევისათვის დადგენილი წესების (დაზღვევის პირობები და ვებ-გვერდის პირობები) გაცნობა და მასზე თანხმობის გაცხადება (თანხმობის გაცხადებად მიიჩნევა ვებ-გვერდზე, შესაბამის ფანჯარაში ღილაკის – „დიახ“ მონიშვნა).

• მომხმარებელი თანახმაა ავტომობილის დაზღვევის მიზნებისათვის და შესაბამისი მოცულობით, ბენეფიტსმა გადაამოწმოს განაცხადში მითითებული ავტომობილის თაობაზე ინფორმაცია ყველა აუცილებელ და რელევანტურ ბაზაში (მათ შორის და არა მხოლოდ შსს მომსახურების სააგენტოს ერთიან ბაზაში).
• მომხმარებელი თანახმაა ბენეფიტსმა დაზღვევის მიზნებისათვის და შესაბამისი მოცულობით დაამუშაოს მისი პერსონალური მონაცემები.

ბენეფიტსი უფლებამოსილია, დაზღვევის მიზნებისათვის მიღებული პერსონალური მონაცემები დაამუშოს:

• სადაზღვევო მომსახურების გაწევის მიზნით;
• დამზღვევის მიერ ნაკისრი ვალდებულებების შეუსრულებლობის შემთხვევაში, მზღვეველის ინტერესების დაცვის მიზნით;
• ზარალის დარეგულირების მიზნებისათვის, მათ შორის ნებისმიერი კერძო თუ საჯარო დაწესებულებიდან, გამოითხოვოს სადაზღვევო შემთხვევასთან დაკავშირებული ნებისმიერი ინფორმაცია და დოკუმენტაცია;

ბენეფიტსი უფლებამოსილია, მომხმარებლის მიერ მისთვის მიწოდებული პერსონალური ინფორმაცია დაამუშაოს, ასევე, პირდაპირი მარკეტინგის მიზნებისათვის-ახალი სადაზღვევო პროდუქტებისა და მომსახურების შესათავაზებლად. მონაცემთა სუბიექტს, უფლება აქვს ნებისმიერ დროს მოსთხოვოს მზღვეველს მის შესახებ მონაცემთა პირდაპირი მარკეტინგის მიზნებისათვის გამოყენების შეწყვეტა იმავე ფორმით, რა ფორმითაც ხორციელდება პირდაპირი მარკეტინგი - მზღვეველისათვის წერილობითი, ელექტრონული ან სატელეკომუნიკაციო საშუალებებით მიმართვის გზით.

იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ რეგისტრაციის შემდგომ, მათ შორის ზარალის დადგომამდე, აღმოჩნდება, რომ მომხმარებლის მიერ მითითებული ინფორმაცია სინამდვილესთან შეუსაბამოა, მზღვეველი თავისუფლდება სადაზღვევო ხელშეკრულებით დაკისრებული ვალდებულებებისაგან.

არაპირდაპირი ინფორმაცია

მზღვეველის მხრიდან დამზღვევისათვის შეტყობინების გაგზავნა მოხდება ამ უკანასკნელის მიერ განაცხადში (ასეთის არსებობის შემთხვევაში) ან სადაზღვევო პოლისში მითითებულ ფაქტობრივ მისამართზე ან მისამართის შეცვლის თაობაზე, ამ პირობებით გათვალისწინებული წესის შესაბამისად, მზღვეველისათვის გაცხადებულ ბოლო მისამართზე. ასეთ მისამართზე გაგზავნილი ნებისმიერი შეტყობინება/კორესპონდენცია ჩაითვლება დამზღვევის მიერ მიღებულად, თუნდაც ადრესატი ამ მისამართზე აღარ ცხოვრობდეს ან/და არ იმყოფებოდეს ან მისამართი არაზუსტად იყოს მიწოდებული მზღვეველისათვის.

ბენეფიტს აქვს უფლება თავად შეამოწმოს და განსაზღვროს, არის თუ არა მომხმარებლის მიერ მოწოდებული ინფორმაცია ზუსტი და დაზღვევის ხელშეკრულებასთან შესაბამისი. შეუსაბამობის შემთხვევაში ბენეფიტსი უფლებამოსილია იმოქმედოს დაზღვევის ხელშეკრულებით გათვალისწინებული წესით ან/და გააუქმოს ელექტრონული რეგისტრაცია/განაცხადი წინასწარი შეტყობინების გარეშე.

პირობების ცვლილება

ბენეფიტსი უფლებამოსილია ცალმხრივად, მომხმარებლის წინასწარი შეტყობინების გარეშე, შეიტანოს ცვლილებები და დამატებები ელექტრონული ვებ-გვერდის პირობებში. მომხმარებლის მიერ ვებ-გვერდის შემდგომი გამოყენება ჩაითვლება თანხმობად ცვლილებებსა და დამატებებზე.

კონფიდენციალობა

• A user agrees that Benefits checks one’s personal information between the appropriate framework for insurance purposes in all relevant bases (including and not only, National Agency of Public Registry of Ministry of Justice, Public Service Development Agency, and Unified Registry of Public Information)
• a customer agrees for car insurance purposes that Benefits verifies the information regarding a car indicated in an insurance form on all relevant bases. (including and not only Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia’s unified registry.)
• a customer agrees that Benefits scrutinizes relevant personal information for insurance purposes.

Benefits is authorized to use personal information received on the behalf of insurance purposes:

• For insurance services to its customers
• If the insurer does not fulfill its allocated responsibilities, to protect an insured person’s interest.
• For regulating damage, including all private or public properties, ask for all the relevant information and documentation regarding the insurance incident.

Benefits has a right to analyze given personal information also for marketing purposes- for offering new insurance products and new services. An insured person has a right to discontinue using his/her personal information for marketing purposes in the same way as direct marketing is conducted: sending a letter to the insurer or using telecommunications devices.

Benefits is authorized to verify and determine, whether the information given from a customer is accurate and accordingly is adjusted to the contract or not. In case of inconsistencies, (including before claiming damage) Benefits justifies to act respectively considering the insurance contract or/and cancel electronic registration application without any further warnings and the insurer automatically is released from responsibilities that are included in the contract.

Indirect information:

Indirect information is the kind of data that does not require a person’s identification. This type of information includes your internet protocol IP address and other info that we use with the help of a third party, for marketing and analytical purposes. We or/and individuals with our consent can automatically receive this kind of data when you visit our website.

Receiving a message:

In case of inaccuracies, Benefits is authorized to act within the terms scripted in an insurance contract and/or abolish electronic registration/form of request without any preliminary warning.

Change of terms and conditions:

Benefits is authorized unilaterally, without any preliminary warning to a user, make any alterations and additions in terms of conditions of an electronic website. In case of such changes to the terms and conditions, a visit to the website from a user will be deemed as an implied agreement to these alternations/additions.

Confidentiality:
