  • The maximal term for requesting the compensation and submitting the document is determined according to the agreement.
  • The insured is obliged to provide the original financial documentation to the company in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.
  • Insurance reimbursement is proceeded with non-cash payment, no later than 1-2 working days after receiving the complete documentation, if the reimbursable amount does not exceed 500 (five hundred) GEL, although in all other cases, the term is set at 3-5 working days.
  • In certain cases, in order to receive reimbursement for hospital services and dental services, documentation is required to be submitted to the head office.
  • The reimbursement scheme applies identically to medical services received in Georgia and abroad. It is important that the original documentation is submitted when requesting payment

  • All claims will be reimbursed in local currency at the official exchange rate on the date of payment.

Reimbursement for medical services can be requested:

  • Using an online office – You can upload and send required documents to get refund.
  • Using the company’s e-mail- send the necessary documents for payment to the following address: assistance@benefits.ge or contact personal service manager.
  • Visiting the head office and submitting the necessary documents

It should be noted that the compensation scheme is determined individually and may vary according to the contract. It is advisable for the insured to check the terms and conditions of the payment according to the contract before requesting reimbursement.
